I am a People and Organisational Development consultant working on the boundary of research and its application, providing strategic thinking and coaching to challenge clients’ thinking. I help people think differently by bringing a fresh perspective and challenge underlying assumptions to ensure clarity of thought and action.

I have a broad background in business, having run my own business, been on the management teams of businesses turning over £60m (general insurance) and £10m (management consultancy) and been principal consultant at a leading not-for-profit research institute. I have provided advice, consultancy and coaching to organisations of all sizes in public, private and voluntary sectors.

consult and advise organisations in the areas of competitive strategy and organisational effectiveness, helping clients become clear on their business model and align their structure, processes and people with this.

I provide one to one coaching for directors, senior managers and business owners in small and medium sized organisations, senior managers in the HR function in larger organisations, and also for any individuals at transition points in their careers.

I undertake bespoke research, modelling and analysis projects for organisations helping them understand their markets, customers and employees better.

I am a regular writer and speaker on the subjects of Learning & Development and the application of Positive Psychology (including strengths focused solutions) and neuroscience. I am available for conference speaking as well as in-organisation bite size learning sessions.
